Service Requests

1. Building Service Requests:

Building occupants may request services related to their space. Some service requests are free of charge, while others may have associated costs.

Services may be requested by e-mailing MBC Services or calling 612-596-9512.

2. Door Key Requests

Key Requests for metal keys must be submitted by your departments key liaison. Please contact your key liaison and they will complete the Key Request form in the link below to complete the process. We can only accept metal door key requests submitted by your key liaison:

To obtain an access card or identification cards please contact City Property Services or County Facility Services .

3. Sign Requests

Complete the sign-request form in the link below to order nameplates, desk and wall holders, hallway signs and other specialty signs. All work is provided at a cost.

4. Telephones, Computers and Moves

City employees: call the City IT Service Desk at 612-673-2525.

Hennepin County employees: call ITS at 612-348-6662 for telephone and computer moves, and Property Services at 612-348-4433 for office moves and 612-348-4433 for furniture allocation.
