Secured Bike Parking and Restroom-Shower Rooms are available to our tenants.
Starting June 1st each year, contracts will be available for a term of 12 months. Effective May 17, 2022, the contract fee is waived for employees of the Municipal Building Commission, Hennepin County or the City of Minneapolis. For all others the fee is $50 ($10 access card deposit to be refunded at the end of the contract and $40 user fee).
